Greetings,

First, I'd like to officially welcome everyone to our new server. It is the goal of DeathINC to
continue our dominance on SS54 just as we did on S137. This letter is now the official "mission
statement" of DeathINC. After considering input from members and officers who have voiced
concerns, we, the leadership, have decided in order to move forward and continue doing what
we do best, we need to come up with a set of rules and guidelines that EVERYONE will be
required to follow. This includes everyone from member rank to host. These rules are meant to
challenge, but also to inspire our membership to strive to be the best. Failure to follow the rules
will likely result in some being removed from the alliance. The harsh reality is DeathINC is a
war alliance. As such, we expect our members to actively participate in our wars and to
consistently strive to get better. Whether this means cleaning our our home states, reinforcing
other members, or porting around and hitting our enemies......Everyone needs to contribute in
their own way if we are to succeed. So, without further ado, a few rules and goals to follow.

1. Members are required to have 3 cities and at least 1 war city. Each city should have a
minimum of 200K archers, fodder to withstand an attack, and full walls. Your war city should be
packed with more than that. In total you should have AROUND 2 million archers and enough
other troops to be a valuable asset. These requirements are for our current membership and
are the MINIMUMS needed for new recruits to even be considered.

2. For any recruits to be considered they must have at least 1 hero with an attack value at 500
or greater.

3. NOBODY gets invited to the alliance without being scouted, heros checked, and 3 votes
from other officers or presb. New recruits are also to be interviewed by Vice Host or Host prior
to admittance. Failure to follow this procedure will result in your position being stripped.

4. The general rule for inviting previous members......DO NOT reinvite if you were not the one
who originally booted. If someone is removed from the alliance, the same person who removed
the person is who should reinvite. Exceptions can be made by the Vice Host and Host ONLY!
Failure to follow this procedure will result in your position being stripped. PLEASE take this rule
seriously....IF YOU DIDN'T REMOVE, DO NOT REINVITE!

5. Alts are welcome to join the alliance to move resources, hit trebs, etc.....However, they are to
be removed within 1 hour of being invited. Failure to follow this procedure will result in your
position being stripped and abusing member to face consequences decided on a case by case
basis.

6. Membership should try to coordinate attacks with one another whenever possible. Working
together to hit bigger targets. We are a team here and lone heros with thier own agenda will
not be tolerated.

7. Your account info, phone number, or immediate contact info should be shared with at least 2
other people in the alliance. Preference to people who have higher play times. With the
account security there is no reason for you to be completely unguarded. Matlowe, Gambino
and Jaysus will all be compiling a list for members who wish to have their accounts protected
when offline.

8. If your city is attacked and it is deemed to be below minimum standards and out of
reinforcement range, you will be removed from the alliance. If you need troops to fill your city
while you rebuild please ask for them. ONLY exception will be treb cities, however, even they
should have SOMETHING in them.

9. Common goals, interests, and friendship is also a valuable asset to have with any team.
Therefor, you should get along with your fellow alliance members. If leadership feels you are
continuously and intentionally disrupting alliance chat or causing problems you will be removed
from the alliance. We won't let 1 bad seed poison everyone else.

10. Remember, at all times you represent DeathINC. So make sure you can back up whatever
you say or do. Continue to read forums, ask for advice, and do whatever it takes to be #1.

This is by no means the ONLY rules you should follow, but simply a guideline. Please don't put
the leadership in a position where we will have to remove people. Use common sense in all
things, and try to imagine what you think a TOP alliance should be. If you do this, everything
will work itself out. Please feel free as time goes on to make suggestions, come up with
strategies, and think of other ways to improve this alliance and discuss them with your
leadership.
